Wayne P. Hall is Chairman and CEO. Mr. Hall served as Senior Advisor to Energy Partners, Ltd. from January 2002 until the end of 2003. Prior to joining Energy Partners in 2002 Mr. Hall was President of Hall-Houston Oil Company from its inception in 1983. Mr. Hall received a B.S. in Chemistry from Southwest Texas State University. Prior to joining Hall-Houston Oil Company, he serviced in various executive and administrative positions with independent energy companies. Don Kirkendall serves as President. Mr. Kirkendall brings more than 25 years of diversified energy experience to Petro Resources. His background includes six years of interstate pipeline business along with 19 years of natural gas marketing and exploration experience. He co-founded and managed a successful natural gas marketing company along with an associated exploration company that specialized in drilling Texas Gulf Coast and South Texas oil and gas prospects. Mr. Kirkendall received his BBA from Southwest Texas State University. Jim Denny serves as Executive Vice President and COO. Mr. Denny brings more than 35 years of industry related experience to the company. Prior to joining Petro Resources, Mr. Denny served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Gulf Energy Management Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Harken Energy Corporation. He is a registered Professional Engineer (Louisiana) and is a Certified Earth Scientist. He is also a member of various industry associations, including the American Petroleum Institute, National Society of Professional Engineers, Society of Petroleum Engineers, and the Society of Petroleum Evaluation Engineers. He is a graduate of the University of Louisiana-Lafayette with a B. S. in Petroleum Engineering. Harry Stout serves as our Executive Vice President, General Counsel and CFO. From August 1991 until the merger of KCS Energy into Petrohawk Energy Corporation during August 2006, he served as President of KCS Energy Services, Inc. where he was responsible for closing more than $400 million in producer finance acquisitions. He was also responsible for the direction and supervision of all legal and marketing matters. From August 2006 until he joined Petro Resources Corporation in June 2007, Mr. Stout had worked as a consultant to Petrohawk Energy Corporation in the areas of contract review, coordination of litigation, and the preparation and finalization of derivative oil and gas hedge instruments. Mr. Stout received a B.S. degree from Stephen F. Austin State College and a J. D. from St. Mary’s School of Law. Allen R. McGee serves as Senior Vice President and CAO. Mr. McGee began his career with Arthur Andersen in 1971 in the auditing department. He then served three years at Gulf Oil Corporation with his last position being Director of Financial Accounting for Gulf Oil Refining and Marketing. He then served for two years as CFO for a small E&P company, Pexco U.S.A. From 1984 to 1987, Mr. McGee served as the Controller for Williams Exploration Company. Since 1987, he has owned and managed a private accounting practice. Mr. McGee received his BBA from Baylor University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
